Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Chill Gamers, a service that pairs adults for short, live video conversation games. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. They're written plainly and kept short — this is a test-phase service and these are starting terms; we'll expand them before a wider launch.
Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person, with truthful details. Don't share your account or create accounts to get around a block, a ban, or a limit.
- The service is in a limited test period: access is by invitation, may be capped, and may be narrowed or withdrawn while we test.
The service
Chill Gamers connects you with other people for live video calls and games. During the test period we change things often — features, games, and limits may be added, changed, paused, or removed at any time, and the service itself may be interrupted or discontinued. We'll be honest about what's happening, but we can't promise the service stays available or stays the same.
Your conduct
You're playing with real people, live. Don't:
- harass, threaten, demean, or abuse other players;
- expose other players to sexual content, hate, or violence — being 18+ is an entry requirement, not the point of the service;
- record, screenshot, or share another player's video, audio, or messages without their consent;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent who you are;
- do anything illegal, or use the service to plan it;
- scrape, probe, overload, or otherwise interfere with the service or access it by automated means.
You can block or report anyone at any time. We review reports and act on them; see the Privacy Policy for how moderation works with your data.
Your content
What you say and make in a call is yours. So we can run the service, you give us permission to receive, store, and process it as the Privacy Policy describes. Remember the calls are live: what you share in a call reaches the people in it.
Ending an account
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you break these terms or put other players at risk — for safety issues, immediately and without notice. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and its data (see the Privacy Policy).
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It's a beta: expect bugs, interruptions, and rough edges. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us to use the service (the beta is free).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above always reflects the current version. If a change is material we'll give reasonable notice — by email or in the app — and continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.
